All back office employees employed by Van Bruggen Adviesgroep Amstelveen receive a fixed salary. Self-employed people at Van Bruggen Adviesgroep Amstelveen are paid based on hours worked. The hourly rate is €60. Salaried financial advisors and self-employed persons do not receive variable remuneration.
